Coach Tyrone Lue confirmed Kawhi Leonard did participate in practice today with zero limitations. Leonard is considered Day-to-Day and a gametime decision vs the Miami Heat on New Years Day.
Coach Lue is looking towards the second half of the season knowing the team has a ways to go before they are primed for a 2024 Playoff run.
The Clippers are 2-2 since Leonard’s injury and James Harden has used this as an opportunity to expand his inside game and add to the arsenal the team already possesses.
With the addition of Harden and the continued strong play from Westbrook, the team is much better positioned to absorb some minor injuries and keep the ship sailing.
The Clippers play the Miami Heat on New Years Day at Crypto.com Arena. Game starts at 7:30pm pacific.
