MEMPHIS, Tenn. — — Norman Powell scored 29 points including the final four points of the game to beat the Memphis Grizzlies 114-110 on Monday night.

With the game tied at 110, James Harden drove and found Powell who pump faked and pull up for two giving the Clippers a two-point lead with 25.1 seconds remaining.

The Clippers got a stop and with 5 seconds remaining Powell knocked down two free throws to put the game away.

Harden added 21 points, 9 assists and 8 rebounds. Ivica Zubac had a 20-20 night, finishing with 20 points and 20 rebounds in the win.

The Clippers did a good job containing Memphis’ superstar Ja Morant in this game. Los Angeles forced Morant into shooting just 7-20 from the field for 23 points and he turned the ball over 7 times.

Rookie big man Zach Edey grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds but only scored 3 points  as Memphis lost for just the second time in eight games.

The Clippers will now have three days off before returning home for a matchup with the Golden State Warriors on Friday night.
